Q) Do I have to register an account?

A) No you do not have to register an account to order from us.  At checkout time simply select 'Checkout as guest' and you will be able to proceed.  Registering an account will allow you to check on your orders/shipment easier, as well as place future orders without re entering your details.  No credit card details are stored on this website.

Q) My coupon code is not working / where do I enter my coupon?

A) The coupon code input box is on the shopping cart page, not on the checkout.  The link to the shopping cart is at the top of the page.  If you are entering the code and getting an error be sure to check a) the coupon code is spelled correctly (case sensitive) and b) the coupon code is applicable to your purchase (some codes are for specific items).  If all else fails please email matt@glowculture.com and we will figure it out.

Q) How much does shipping cost?

A)Shipping costs are based on location (east or west Canada) and the speed at which you want your package. We offer two levels of shipping which are regular parcel and expedited shipping through Canada Post .  Shipping times for regular are 2-10 business days, and for xpresspost 2-5 business days depending on the distance from canada post distribution centers.

Q) Do you provide a tracking number?

A) Yes, we will provide a tracking number by email once the package has shipped.

Q) what payment methods do you accept?

A) On the website we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Paypal.  We have just added bitcoin payments as well for those looking to use it.

Q) Do You test the wire?

A) We test all EL wire and drivers before shipping to ensure you receive a working product.  When being shipped it will be wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent any damage during shipping.

Q) Do you offer refunds?

A) We offer refunds on your purchase within 14 days of delivery.  Item's returned must be in original and unused condition, and will be assessed at time of return.  Shipping is non refundable and will be held back when refund is issued.  If item is defective after the 14 days please send us an email and we will do what we can to come up with a solution.  A happy customer = a happy owner.
